Marknadsföringsfunnel – den viktigaste grundpelaren inom digital marknadsföring

What is a funnel?
Buyer's journey, customer journey, sales funnel, marketing funnel, sales tunnel... A beloved child has many names – and for good reason. Marketing funnels are one of the best ways to visualize and understand the customer's journey from their first contact with the company all the way to the purchase decision.
The funnel gets its name from its shape, which narrows step by step towards the purchase. The number of steps and how they are structured can vary depending on the company and product, but fundamentally, they are always based on the same principles.

How does it work?
The purpose of a marketing funnel is to help businesses and decision-makers understand how potential customers move through the buying process, and how both strategy and execution can be improved at each stage, so that customers can smoothly advance through the funnel.
There are many different funnel models, and they usually consist of four to five stages. Below you will find Wuohi's own G.O.A.T. Funnel™ – a model specifically designed to meet the needs of comprehensive digital marketing.
G.O.A.T. FUNNEL™
The G.O.A.T. Funnel™ is inspired by the AIDA funnel and builds on its basic principles, but is designed to best serve our customers in the digital world. Compared to the AIDA model, our own funnel places particular emphasis on the importance of high-quality content and content production.

Understand your customers' lifetime value
Building customer relationships often requires blood, sweat, and tears. Or, well, maybe not blood – but definitely time, money, and energy. Despite this, many companies still focus more on acquiring new customers than on nurturing and understanding their existing ones. In a way, it's understandable, but at the same time quite peculiar. Once we've convinced a customer to pay for our products or services, the threshold for a new purchase is significantly lower and the customer journey much shorter – assuming the customer was satisfied.
Therefore, every company should have an idea of how much revenue a single customer generates throughout their lifetime as a customer. This helps to prioritize resources between different target groups, optimize the marketing strategy, build deeper customer relationships, and supports strategic planning by providing a clearer picture of future revenues and costs.
Moreover, a satisfied customer is significantly more likely to recommend the company to others.

This is how our collaboration proceeds
At Wuohi, a partnership always begins with an audit. During the audit, our experts meticulously review your web services, ad accounts, and analytics tools. In almost all cases, we identify areas for improvement.
After the audit, we collectively review our observations and conduct a kick-off interview. The purpose of the kick-off interview is for our experts to gain a better understanding of your business and to establish a shared understanding of existing business bottlenecks and the goals the collaboration should focus on.
